After 2 hours of drive from Wuxi, we arrived at Shanghai. The buildings at Shanghai all have different design. When we arrive at Shanghai city we can feel the different environment and feeling.
At Suzhou and Wuxi is more greener.

I want to be a MODEL hahaha.
This is the 1.5km tunnel that connects Pudong 浦东 and Puxi 浦西. The tour guide told us that Shanghai is divided into Pudong and Puxi by Huangpu River 黄浦江. Hence, we can see that Puxi is much older Shanghai whereas Pudong is the newer Shanghai.
天脉玉器
We visited one of the jewellery shop 天脉玉器 before checking out the night view. Too bad we got cheated. Here's the story:
When we reached, we were been seated in a room. Then suddenly one of the sales girl told us coz other senior salesperson are too busy, we were entertained by the "daughter" of the company. The daughter pretended to be bad at presentation, and used her tears to get our mercy to buy the jewellery. She told us it is her first sales presentation and she had been only at "CEO" for 4 days. Therefore she needed to successfully close a deal to prove her ability. Being swayed by her tears and continuous persuasion, we failed to resist and hence bought the jewelleries. She told us that she treated us as true friend that is truly understanding and said will keep in touch with us. However till today she didn't get back to us despite already have our phone number. We should have realised it is a CON and insisted not buying anything. Too bad we failed. We hope our experience will be a lesson to other people who are going to china. Trust your instinct and never get persuaded easily!!!
(The lady in pink is the so called "daughter" of the company)
The Bund / Waitan 外滩
At night, we went to 外滩 to see the Shanghai night view.
At Monument to the People's Hero 上海市人民英雄纪念塔..
At The Bund...the symbol of Shanghai's colourful past and triving future. Across this 1.5km long waterfront on the bank of Huangpu River is and outstanding skyline of Shanghai's skycrapers including the famous Oriental Pearl Tower.
I am cool, can hide behind you?
Can you find the full moon?
The view along Zhongshan Road (East-1) 中山东一路. All the main banks are located along this road facing the bund.
The next morning, we are lucky to be able to spot the sunrise!
Shanghai bridges are all very impressive. The most impressive is the Nanpu bridge. It is long windy loop up to 3 levels high. We were in total awe when travelling up the bridge. (image from google)

Another famous bridge we passed next morning is Dongpu bridge.
